Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026. This policy describes information handled by tokviewer.app at tokviewer.app. Contact support@tokviewer.app with questions or requests to delete your account information.

Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, Google asks you to authenticate and authorize access to your basic profile. We receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and profile name. We use these details to identify your tokviewer.app account and display its name and email. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or your Google password.

We store your account identifier, email, name, creation time and latest login time in our Cloudflare database. Google tokens are used during sign-in verification and are not stored in our account database or browser storage. We do not sell Google account information or use it for advertising.

Login cookies and retention

We use a secure, HttpOnly cookie to keep you signed in for up to seven days. The server stores a hash of the session identifier. Signing out deletes that session on the server and clears its cookie. A separate short-lived cookie and authorization record protect the sign-in process and expire after ten minutes. Expired records are removed during subsequent sign-in processing. Account information remains until you request deletion or we remove the account.

Public TikTok content

When you submit a TikTok link or username, our service processes it to retrieve publicly accessible account, video or comment information. Exported CSV files are downloaded to your device. Google sign-in does not itself upload or synchronize your comment capture history. Only submit content you are entitled to access and use.

Service providers and support

Google provides authentication, and Cloudflare hosts our website, sign-in service and account database. These providers process information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as network requests and IP addresses. Support messages contain the information you choose to send us and are used to respond to your request. Service providers may process data in different countries.

Anonymous workspace statistics

We count workspace visits, capture outcomes, imports and export attempts in daily totals, grouped by interface language, export format and broad referral categories. These counters do not store cookies, user identifiers, IP addresses, comment text, video links, search queries or full referrer URLs. Our hosting provider still processes ordinary network requests as described above. We skip these statistics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Counters older than 30 days are removed when new events arrive. Counts describe events, not unique people or confirmed file saves.

Your choices

You can use public viewing tools without Google sign-in, sign out at any time, or remove tokviewer.app access in your Google account settings. Removing access at Google does not by itself delete the tokviewer.app account record or an existing tokviewer.app session. To request deletion of those records, contact support from your account email so we can verify the request.
