These Terms govern your use of tokviewer.app, a service for viewing and exporting publicly available TikTok comments. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
tokviewer.app accepts public TikTok video URLs and may retrieve comments and replies that are available to the service at the time of a request. Availability, completeness, and response order are not guaranteed. You are responsible for checking that your use complies with applicable law and TikTok's terms.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure. You may use only your own account and must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access another user's data.
3. Credits and payments
New accounts receive 50 promotional credits once. Additional credits are one-time purchases shown on the Pricing page. Credits are a service-use balance, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Purchases and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the URLs and data you submit and for how you use exported results. Do not submit private, unlawful, infringing, malicious, or sensitive personal data, and do not use tokviewer.app to harass, surveil, or target people. Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service without written permission.
5. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what account and service information we process. Public TikTok content may contain personal information supplied by its authors; handle exports responsibly and delete them when no longer needed.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete comment retrieval, accuracy of third-party content, or fitness for a particular purpose. TikTok is a third party and is not affiliated with tokviewer.app.
7. Suspension and changes
We may suspend access for abuse, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
